Returns, Refunds Exchanges and Credits

If something is damaged on arrival, please send us an email at lefkadahi@icloud.com with a photograph of the item(s). We will replace/exchange or offer a credit note or refund, as long as the item is returned to us within 14 days of you receiving the item. All items returned must be in their original packaging with a copy of the receipt. Postage will be refunded when damaged goods are returned. An exchange /credit /refund will be issued after we have received the damaged item/s.

Items on Sale

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on items on sale. Sale items are sold as-is. If you would like more information about a product, please call or email us and we would be happy to help.

Change of mind

We do our best to photograph colours as close as possible. Some photos are provided to us by our suppliers, and some computers and mobile phones show colours differently. We cannot be held responsible if the item colour shows differently on your computer or phone. If you are not sure of a colour or design, please email us to discuss and we will do all we can to give you as much information about the product. Please select carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
